Description: Weekly Creative Art Expression groups following a program designed to support wellbeing, stress reduction and promote friendships. Using a variety of art materials, ideas and encouragement, no artistic skill is required. These relaxing two hour sessions are helpful for conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief or loneliness. These classes are suitable for adults of all ages. Children's groups can also be arranged.
