Description: Go4Fun is a fun and free program for kids aged 7-13 who are above a healthy weight. Go4Fun involves both parents and children and focuses on developing healthy eating habits, building self-confidence and getting kids more active in a supportive environment. Sessions run after school and include informative games, fun and active exercise activities, tips on healthy food and portion sizes, label reading, a supermarket tour and more. Go4Fun is funded by the NSW Ministry of Health under the NSW Healthy Children Initiative.

Hours: 4:00-6:00pm during school terms
