Description: State-wide program of Transport for NSW to help people (of any age) who have difficulty getting their driver licence. Youthsafe provides the DLAP services to eligible persons living in the Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai and Hawkesbury LGAs. Eligibility includes: identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander; belong to a refugee and resettlement community; from communities who have limited access to transport options or who are geographically disadvantaged; be a vulnerable young person.
