Description: A place of hope, healing and recovery for women who have experienced domestic & family abuse, trauma or loss. The Centre provides: 1) A trauma-sensitive Community Centre with professionals who care about supporting women and their families 2) Capability Building programs: Employability, Tools to step forward after trauma, loss, and divorce, a body confidence & esteem programs delivered nationally online and face-to-face 3) Lived-experience peer-to-peer National Mentoring Program - providing both Lived experience and capability-building mentors. We welcome volunteers to get involved and we support all volunteers with well-being and support services and trauma-sensitive training. We work with the local shelters and housing providers to ensure support is needed for housing.

Volunteering: Volunteers needed to help us with our well-being programs, observe and support our online programs, support our fundraising events, and help in our centre at Mona Vale.
