Description: Guide Dogs NSW ACT provides a variety of supports to people who blind or have low vision. These services include: Orientation and Mobility services, Guide Dog Mobility instruction, Occupational Therapy, assistive technology training, Social Work and NDIS Co-ordination of supports. Also provided are low vision advisory services. Visiting can be arranged to homes, schools and work places as required.

NDIS Reg: NDIS Assistive equipment for recreation; NDIS Development-Life Skills; NDIS Participate Community; NDIS Personal Mobility Equipment; NDIS Vision Equipment; NDIS Assist-Life Stage Transition; NDIS Support Coordination; NDIS Therapeutic Supports;

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Disability facilities: ramp, toilet and parking. Service can also come to your home.
