Description:

You Connect is a not-for-profit NDIS provider offering person-centered disability and mental health support across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter regions. Assisting people from age 6 with meaningful support services to help them achieve their own goals.

  • SLES Employment readiness (supported work experience in various industries)
  • Mental health support
  • Alcohol and other drugs support
  • Supported fitness, maintenance, equine programs and more
  • Weekly social gaming hub - Attendant care provider (approved by icare)
