Description: Strong and Social is for people under 35 and their families, carers, friends. The group is about social connection and mutual support for people who have experienced a mental health condition. We meet twice a month on the 2nd Saturday at Hornsby RSL Courtyard Cafe and on the 4th Thursday at Waverton Botanica Garden Cafe followed by a walk. Volunteering: Yes. We are always keen to talk to people who have experienced mental health conditions or carers who want to take a more active role in supporting the groups.
