Description: The team works with residents of all ages to address issues such as health and wellbeing, homelessness, social isolation, transport & safety. This includes Aboriginal services, access and inclusion, children and families, new migrants, services for older people and young people, and volunteering. The team also organises events and activities eg. Hornsby Festival of the Arts; seminars, workshops; provides support and referral to people in need; assists community organisations to maximise their resources and respond to community needs; and, identifies areas of need for strategic planning to assist affected residents.
Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-4:30pm
