Description: LinC Hornsby supports people in the Hornsby Shire community through a network of trained volunteers from local Christian churches. We can provide: Transport to local medical appointments, Visitation; Short-term grocery shopping; Emergency food; Regular phone contact; Short-term General assistance; Refreshments at Hornsby Court House (currently in abeyance due to Covid.) We do not charge for our services, but donations are welcome.
Volunteering: Yes. Volunteers require a police check and recommendation from their Minister/Pastor/Priest.
Hours: Office hours Tue-Fri 10am-noon (Answering machine on at all times).
Disability facilities: Note: We cannot transport people in wheelchairs
