Description:

Truly unique development and coaching programs for carers, helping them to make long-term changes in order to practise self-care, reduce stress, increase overall well-being, and to become a more skilled, balanced, resilient and more effective person and carer.

Participation in the program will not only help developing and keeping carer's capacity to care for themselves and their family members with special needs, but also help them to start making real changes before the completion of the program.

All programs are currently fully funded for eligible carers through the Carer Gateway (via YourSide). See currently scheduled events on https://betterlifeforcarers.com.au.
