Description: Coolabaroo Housing Service operating under Moorditch Gurlongga Associated Inc, provides Transitional Housing to Aboriginal families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Included in this service, clients engage in the case management program, with its sole purpose to equip families to enter into and successfully maintain mainstream housing.
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
