Description: Provides a range of quality services to enable aged people to remain living as independently as possible in their community. Astley Care is a leading area provider of Home Care Packages Levels 2, 3 & 4 and also Commonwealth Home Support Program. We also provide support to carers. Organisation is client focused and dementia friendly and provides services based on client/carer needs. These include a range of services in the home including domestic assistance, personal care, gardening, respite and nursing care and other services delivered in the community like transport, day clubs, group outings (day time, evening or Saturday), shopping trips and a 'date night' for couples where one is frail or has dementia.
Volunteering: We warmly welcome volunteers to work in our day clubs, in our office and also to drive clients to medical & social appointments, shopping or assist on our shopping bus.
Hours: Monday- Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm
Disability facilities: Wheelchair access is provided throughout day centre facilities.
