Description: The Clinical Treatment Team, based at Eudoria Street Centre, receives all referrals via the Armadale Mental Health Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT) (Mead Centre). This multi-disciplinary team, comprised of doctors, nurses, social workers and clinical psychologists, provides assessment and care coordination for consumers requiring care for more than 10 weeks. The Clinical Treatment Team operates from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Any person requiring after-hours mental health support can contact the ATT on 9391 2400: from 4.30pm to 10.00pm (Monday to Friday) from 8.00am to 10.00pm (weekends and public holidays). In the event of an emergency dial 000 or present at your nearest Emergency Department.
