Description: CORE provide a cost effective home modification, maintenance and lawn mowing service for frail aged and their carers. Clients are able to be assessed for modifications and minor equipment by the in-house Occupational Therapist at no cost. The service also supplies and installs self-care equipment (ie bathboards, shower chairs, over toilet aids etc) NDIS registered Provider, Home care package clients
