Description: Provides support in the home or out in the community. Services include domestic assistance, personal care, transport out in the community for recreation activities or appointments and shopping assistance.
Wheelchair accessible Short Term Accommodation (STA) in Campbelltown for children and adults.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation.
Adult day program Mon-Fri 9am-3pm.
Plan Management, Level 1 Support connection, Level 2 Coordination of supports and Level 3 Specialist support coordination.
Allied Health services for children and adults include:
Occupational Therapy
Physiotherapy
Speech Pathology
Exercise Physiology
Counselling
Positive Behaviour Support
Registered NDIS provider.
