Description: A free ten week healthy lifestyle program for NSW kids aged 7-13 who are above a healthy weight. The program focuses on improving: Eating habits, Fitness and Confidence. Programs are led by trained qualified health professionals and take place during the school terms once a week for two hours. Siblings are also welcome to attend. Also have Aboriginal and Online Go4Fun programs. South Western Sydney Locations for 2022 include: Campbelltown PCYC, Eagle Vale Central, Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation, Moss Vale Aquatic Centre, Minto PCYC and Mount Annan YMCA.
