Description: Early intervention, short term service working with young people 12-18 years and their family who are experiencing conflict at home and at risk of leaving home. Short term intervention, 12 weeks including individual casework, group work and/or mediation.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm by appointment
