Description: Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program services to assist frail aged and elderly people and their carers by providing:
Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Flexible Respite, Social Support including: companionship visits, phone communication, assistance with posting, banking and paying of bills, assistance with shopping.
Social club (Centre Based Day Care) located in Elderslie.

Hours: Office 8:30am - 4:30pm daily. Social club - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
