Description: SWCT provides transport for the frail aged and their carers under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and for people with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Destination is open and can be to shops, hospitals, Doctors, day care, social outings etc. Individual Transport Service to meet individual needs 7 days a week
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-7:30pm Weekend service available for registered clients
Disability facilities: Vehicles have hoists
