Description: Information, referral, and advocacy for people with disabilities and their carers, living in the Fairfield and Liverpool Local Government areas. This service also provides NDIS supports including Social & Civic participation, short term accommodation, SIL and SDA, 1:1 supports, personal care, support coordination, plan management, centre based supports for people with a disability ages 0-65 years living the South West Sydney and Southern Highlands.
