Description: Communities for Children works with Children aged 0-12 and their families and is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services (DSS) to work with the community to identify the local needs of families with children aged 0-12 and to develop strategies and services to meet those needs.
Communities for Children delivers a range of activities in their community as identified through community consultation such as home visiting, early learning and literacy programs, parenting and family support programs and community events.
CfC activities are open to all children living in Rosemeadow and Ambarvale aged 0-12 and their families and offer a non-threatening, soft entry point into other services.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4.30pm
