Description: The NDCO Programme works to improve the transition and participation of people with a disability into post school education and employment. This programme helps individuals with a disability or chronic medical condition, and their families, education and training providers and professionals, employment services, employers and the community. Activities include providing information and transition planning assistance, referral and coordination, resource development and training and awareness raising and promotion. This programme is funded by the Australian Government. In South Western Sydney, it is hosted by Western Sydney University. Eligibility ages: 15-65

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm

Disability facilities: wheelchair accessible
