Description: Support for young people aged 12 to 24, particularly from 12 to 18 years of age who are at risk of becoming homeless. The Early intervention and prevention team provide case management supports to assist at risk young people from the Fairfield , Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee areas.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Disability facilities: Lift, Parking

Languages: only English spoken by current staff, however, easily accessible translation options are available
