Description: Outreach support to people living with a mental illness, aged 16 and over, focused on improving community connection and achieving social, recreational, educational, vocational and health goals.
Services available: Community Outreach Support, Community and group programs, Housing and Homelessness Support for single males and couples without children.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5:30pm
