Description: Focus Connect is a registered, not-for-profit charity that offers practical help and support services to the disadvantaged and marginalised. Focus Connect seeks to ensure that our organisation and our services are relevant and accessible with a focus on Aged Care, Disability and Community.
Aged Care: services to help older people live independently and engage in the community. We also offer practical support for carers.
Community: community service programs and supports that value individual needs, strengthen families and build community connections.
a registered NDIS provider. We aim to provide personalised, individually tailored support to all people living with a disability, their families & carers.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Volunteering: Volunteer opportunities available in all FOCUS Connect programs
