Location: Core Community Services Youth Office, 32-36 Harris St, Fairfield 2165

Description: The project targets young people, young people of CALD backgrounds, Indigenous young people and young people with mild disabilities who live in the Fairfield and Livepool LGA'S. The service provides information and referral, excursions and Centre-based activities, group programs, consultations with young people, links to mainstream services (where appropriate) and encourages creative expression amongst these groups. The Child, Youth and Family case worker supports expecting families and children up to the age of 5 years old with case management support who live in the Fairfield or Liverpool LGA's.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
