Description: As part of the Specialist Aged Care Team they provide information about Aged Care Facilities, including a central register of vacancies in the Bankstown area. Also provide assistance and advice about how to access the Aged Care System both Residential and in the Community for those 65 and over. Will support clients to navigate the MAC system to learn about and access services.

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Fees: No fees

Languages: Vietnamese (Tien available Tuesday & Wednesday)
