Description: Offers a wide variety of wellness enhancing affordable group classes for older women (50-100) of all abilities, including line dancing, Let's Talk About (health and wellness discussion group); strength exercises, tai chi, gentle yoga, ukulele, guided relaxation, African drumming and more.

Hours: Mon-Wed 9:30am-2pm (during school terms)

Fees: Wellness Centre classes - $35 for 10 weeks. PCYC Membership - $30 per year

Volunteering: Volunteers are recruited from Wellness membership.
