Description: NDIS provider specialising in coordination of supports, allied health services and community access supports. Through the Disability Employment Services, people with disability, injury or health condition receive assistance to prepare for, find and keep a job. The Family Mental Health Support Service provides early intervention support to children and young people who are showing early signs of, or are at risk of developing, mental illness including: intensive, long-term, early intervention support for children; short-term immediate assistance for families; and community outreach, mental health education and community development activities.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:45am-5pm

Fees: None (FMHSS and DES), NDIS plan for all NDIS services and fee for service options available

Disability facilities: toilets, wheelchair access

Languages: Interpreter Service used if required
