Description:
Neami Hurstville provides services to improve mental health and well-being through programs such as Community Outreach and Community and Group Support Programs.
They also provide service coordination through the Partners in Recovery program to Inner West Sydney and South East Sydney. Partners in Recovery provides tailored support for people with complex needs who would otherwise not be able to access the range of health and other services they need to improve their health and well-being.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm (closed public holidays)
