Description: At One Door trained mental health staff provide a variety of services that aim to meet the individual needs of people living with mental illness, their carers, families and friends. These services include one to one support (in and out of home), centre based activities (planned recreational, social and educational activities) and community access (individual or group activities that encourage community participation) and 24 hour respite for carers and consumers. There are carer services, centre-based services, education and training, employment services, health care and individual, group and youth support services. One Door Burwood offers the following: NDIS assistance, Carer services, On Fire Young Carer program, Personal Helpers and Mentors Employment (e-PHaMs) program, psychological services, physical health services, Mental Health Carer Respite program, youth support and the NOUS Greek support group.
