Description: The Day Club offers social support and friendship to seniors who are unable to attend more active programs. The club provides an activity program including gentle exercise, quizzes, table games, morning tea and lunch. We also have guest speakers from various professions, entertainers, occasional bus trips to places of interest. Transport is provided using the City of Canada Bay Community Bus
Volunteering: The Day Club is a totally volunteer run program - roles include catering, administration, leading activities such as exercises, assisting older adults, bus assistant.
