Description: Gentle Groove classes are a fun way for adults of all abilities to move together in a safe and supportive environment. Dance at your own pace to increase your mobility, strengthen your body and mind, energise and ignite your creativity! There are no right and wrongs or left and rights. We promise you will leave with a smile and a bounce in your step! - Wednesdays 2.45-3.45pm (During school terms). Cost - $12 per class.
