Description: Glenbrook Park includes a large playspace, a sports field, tennis courts, picnic area with BBQs and accessible toilet with an adult change table. It's in the heart of Glenbrook, and close to the primary school, shops, cafes, cinema and Visitor Information Centre. The playspace is fenced, accessible and has two halves. The junior half was inspired by early forms of transport, and includes 'Henrietta' the horse sculpture, a sensory track (with a decorative 'gong' and lovely plants to touch and smell), railway track balance beams, horse shoes, railway sleepers, and a set of luggage scales that can be used as a small stage. The half for older children includes a 5.4 metre climbing rope tower with tunnel slide, a 20 metre double flying fox, five additional swings, including a multi-person nest swing for those who need back support, in-ground trampolines, and monkey bars.
