Description: Aikido is a modern, non-competitive, Japanese Martial Art in which the martial training is utilised as a Way, or process, by which to achieve spiritual and personal growth. In Aikido, control over an assailant is achieved by redirecting their energy, rather than by the use of force. Classes are given by government accredited instructors representing Aiki-Kai (Australia).
