Description: State based service funded by the Ministry of Health. The Refugee Health Service promotes the health of recently arrived refugees and asylum seekers through medical assessments and other activities such as research, education and advocacy. Although we are not an NDIS provider we do assist clients to navigate the NDIS system.

Disability facilities: Lift available for access to the service but no suitable toilet facilities available

Volunteering: Volunteers are recruited twice a year for the Health Navigation Program and other activities. The Health navigation program helps newly arrived refugees to access health services. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the volunteer manager at danielle.weber@health.nsw.gov.au
