Walk It Off Springwood Inc

Location: The Bunker, 150 Macquarie Rd, Springwood 2777

Description: Not for profit organisation that offers mental health support in the Blue Mountains for people who need a place to connect with others and share in an accessible, casual, non-judgemental setting. We aim to promote awareness around mental health and to provide a platform for men and women to share openly and honestly about both the positive and challenging circumstances in their lives. The Men's group meets on Wednesday. The Women's group meets on Thursday. Meets at 5:30 pm for coffee and a bit of networking and commence walking at 6pm. There is No Registration, Membership or joining fees, just turn up and enjoy the walk.
