Description: Community farm located on the Shipley Plateau in an old apple orchard. The main focus is to grow food that is donated to people in need in our local community. The food is distributed through Blackheath Area Neighbourhood Centre’s food relief program. Uses organic and regenerative agriculture principles. The farm is a place people can come to garden, meet people in a safe and social environment and learn from one another. Open to the public every Thursday morning from 9am until midday for our weekly gardening session.
