Description: The Praying Mantis Kung Fu Academy is a notable martial arts school that offers classes in traditional Northern Praying Mantis (tang lang quan), competition Wushu, WuDang Tai Chi, traditional Chinese weapons and advanced techniques such as Shaolin, Chin Na and Iron Palm techniques. We cater for beginners, advanced students all the way up to competition level. A number of classes are held for children (4-17yrs) as well as adults. We also offer private classes. Feel free to turn up to one of our classes for a free trial. See website for classes held at Stanmore.
