Description: Teaching of physical culture dance classes to females aged 3 to ladies. The elements of ballet, jazz and contemporary combine in a 45 minute to 1 hour lesson that encourages good posture, flexibility, coordination and rhythm.
Volunteering: All our dance teachers volunteer their time to teach our members.
Disability facilities: Adjustments can be made.
