Description: Provides convenient, healthy and fresh meals that are either home delivered via the Meals on Wheels Service, or used to support Councils Social Inclusion Programs for seniors and people with disability such as the Wellness groups. Delivered meals can be delivered freshly-cooked or frozen. Meals are: culturally appropriate, flexible to your dietary requirements and are changed throughout the year to provide choice and variety. Centre based meal programs including Maltese, Spanish, Filipino, Arabic, Greek and Tamil are provided in partnership with the Social Inclusion Team and Local Community Organisations.
