Description: Reconnect is operated by The Salvation Army Youthlink program. It is an early intervention project working with young people aged 12-18 years and their families to prevent family breakdown and youth homelessness by focusing on improving family relationships and strengthening ties to education, training, work and community. Reconnect is available for young people within the Blacktown Local Government Area (NSW).
