Description:

A registered NDIS provider who supports individuals from 0-64 years old with an NDIS plan.

• Assist Access/Maintain Employment - support individuals around having a job by assisting them to remain employed or support reaching employment.
• Daily Personal Activities - can assist with daily personal care and hygiene needs.
• Domestic Cleaning and Backyard - connect you with support workers to assist with regular household maintenance, odd jobs and yard maintenance.
• Skill Development (Life Skills) - support you in learning a range of skills based on your needs and capabilities to assist you at home and in the community.
• Transport Support - can assist with transportation to access services outside your home to achieve your NDIS goals if you cannot access public transport.
• Social and Community Participation - assist you to attend and participate in activities in the community.
• Group-based Activities - organise group-based activities.
• Support Coordination - connecting you with the right service providers to support you to meet your goals and grow as an individual.
• Early childhood services 0-6 years - link family to service providers to best support the child's needs.
