Description: Provides general Dental services for children and adolescents. Parents wishing to place their child's name on a waiting list for treatment or children requiring urgent care should contact the call centre 02 8890 6766. Service is eligible for ALL CHILDREN, NO means test NO Health Care Card necessary except when treatment is required to be performed under general anesthetic and orthondontic treatment then Centrelink entitlement card is required. (This is specific criteria)
