Description: Program for people with mental health concerns whom are not receiving funding from the NDIS. Connector empowers people living with mental health concerns to build their capacity to live well and connect with others. Connector Engagement Officers have lived experience of mental health concerns and can assist on your recovery journey while you continue to work and live in the community. This program is designed to support individuals living with severe and persistent mental health conditions with individual support and group-based activities that build their capacity to live well.
