Description: Anglicare Youth Services offers a range of services to help young people to work towards their goals and support them to thrive. The Reconnect Program at Anglicare supports young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness aged 12-18 (or 12-21 if recently moved to Australia in the last 5 years) and provides Case Management and Counselling Support to help young people to reconnect with their family, education, and/or community. Services are tailored for each person according to their own unique needs and experiences. Services can include support with restoring relationships and resolving conflicts, and support with education, employment, accommodation, legal advice, health support, and dealing with Centrelink. Services operate in Fairfield, Liverpool, Blacktown, Parramatta, Canterbury Bankstown and Cumberland Council areas.
