Description: Work readiness program funded by NDIS to equip recent school leavers with the skills needed to achieve their employment goals. Group or individual tailored training can include Job Sampling, Work Experience, Community Access, Healthy living, Pre employment Skills , Social Skills and relationships, Travel training, Money Skills, On the Job Support, Independent Living Skills.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-3:30pm

Eligibility: From 18 years. School leavers with moderate to high support needs. Must have funding from ADHC.

Fees: NDIS or Fee for service
