Description: The Cultural Centre showcases cultural programs for enjoyment by residents of, and visitors to, the Blue Mountains. Built on the highest point in Katoomba with panoramic views of the World Heritage area, the Cultural Centre links to the main shopping precinct on Katoomba Street through pedestrian connections. Additional features of the Cultural Centre include: * Foyer – providing cultural and visitor information * Theatrette/Seminar room – for seminars, talks and presentations * Multi-purpose Workshop – for educational public programs * Cultural Centre Restaurant / Café – for fine food and outdoor dining * Cultural Centre Shop – providing quality craft and mementos of the Blue Mountains Region * Two public courtyards and a scenic viewing platform – providing opportunities for outdoor events and views over the Jamison Valley.

Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat Sun 10am-4pm, Public holidays 10am -2pm

Fees: General access free, $5 entry to Art Gallery and World Heritage Interpretive display

Volunteering Note: A Volunteer team of 40 is established. Applications to be a volunteer can be made through the Cultural centre’s website or by contacting the Public Programs Coordinator.
