Description: Lapidary club for those interested in activities such as collecting pretty pebbles through to building a collection of rocks, minerals or fossils of scientific worth. Members go on field trips to collect specimens and working material. Allied fields of stone cutting for jewellery purposes are taught, as is silverwork, in a well-equipped workshop.

Hours: Mon Tue 9am-12pm, Thu 9:30am-12:30pm, Wed Fri 9.30am-12:30pm & 7:30pm-9pm, Sat 9.30am-12:30pm. General meeting 2nd Tue each month

Eligibility: From 10 years.

Fees: Memberships $30 (Family), $20 (Singles), $15 (Juniors aged 10-18). Compulsory insurance $4 per person. Workshop and basic equipment $4, Silverwork benches $4
