Description: WAVES Provides gentle water activities/exercise programs in hydrotherapy pools and indoor heated pools. There are 4 terms per year during school terms of 9-12 weeks duration each. Each course runs for one session per week (approx 45 min) with approximately 10 people in each group. Groups are graded to suit the level of the participants and are conducted by trained fitness leaders. Participants requiring assistance can bring their carers. Venues include Zetland, Des Renford Leisure Centre in Maroubra, and POW Hospital Hydrotherapy Pool in Randwick..

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Eligibility: People with physical and developmental disabilities, frail and well older people, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
